Unfortunately not, our service only applies to debts payable by solicitors. Furthermore, the case must be one that is (i) payable by legal aid (not privately paying), (ii) crown court rather than magistrates court; appeal court, extradition court etc. In addition, we only assist with solicitors’ firms rather than agencies.

Although you are of course free to do so, in our experience once we have intervened to act on your behalf, this can add complication & further delay, so we’d advise against doing so.
